报告内容摘要：

The Molecular Imaging and Nanotechnology Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin - Madison is mainly focused on three areas: 1) development of multimodality molecular imaging agents; 2) nanotechnology and its biomedical applications; and 3) molecular therapy of cancer. In this talk, I will present our recent work on molecular imaging and image-guided drug delivery of cancer and other diseases with peptides, proteins, and a variety of nanomaterials. The primary imaging techniques used in these studies are positron emission tomography (PET), photoacoustic tomography (PAT), optical imaging, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Some of the major molecular targets that we are investigating are CD105 (i.e. endoglin), PD-1/PD-L1, CTLA-4, CD146, VEGFR, integrin αvβ3, among others. The nanomaterials that will be discussed in this presentation may include silica-based nanoparticles, nano-graphene oxide, micelles, iron oxide nanoparticles, 2-D nanomaterials, hybrid nanomaterials, among many others.

蔡伟波, 男，1975年生，现任美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校（University of Wisconsin - Madison）放射学系、医学物理学系、生物医学工程系、材料科学与工程系及药学系副教授（有终身教职），被授予Vilas杰出成就教授。主要从事分子影像及生物纳米科技的研究（网站：http://mi.wisc.edu）。1995年毕业于南京大学强化部（化学专业），2004年于美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校（UCSD）获化学博士学位。2005年至2008年在美国斯坦福大学分子影像中心从事博士后研究。

蔡伟波教授已发表学术论文260余篇 (包括(共同)第一或(共同)通讯作者的Nature Nanotechnology, PNAS, Chemical Society Reviews, Accounts of Chemical Research, Advanced Materials, Cancer Research, Diabetes, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Nature Protocols, Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews, Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Clinical Cancer Research, Stroke, Nano Today, Advanced Science, Theranostics, Small, Biomaterials, Journal of Controlled Release, Journal of Nuclear Medicine, EJNMMI 等). 论文被引用16000余次，H-index 为68 (Google Scholar：https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=-5N2yIAAAAAJ）。同时，出版3本学术专著（包括Springer和CRC Press），已受邀作220多个学术口头报告, 并参与美国NIH/DOD/NSF/CPRIT/Komen的科研基金评审及诸多其他国家（包括加拿大，中国及欧洲十几个国家）的科研基金评审。蔡伟波教授是American Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (AJNMMI，美国核医学与分子影像杂志，http://www.ajnmmi.us) 的共同主编。AJNMMI 于2011年创刊，目前被PubMed 和 Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) 全文收录。

蔡伟波教授已获得了诸多学术奖励，包括美国核医学与分子影像学会（SNMMI）青年学术委员会最佳基础科学研究奖（2007年），欧洲核医学学会（EANM）斯普林格奖（2011年和2013年），美国癌症学会研究学者奖（2013-2017年），欧洲核医学学会年会全会报告嘉宾 （Plenary Lecturer，2016年)，威斯康星大学Vilas Distinguished Achievement Professorship 奖 (2017年), 美国医学与生物工程院 (American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering, AIMBE) 会士 (2018年) 等。同时，蔡伟波教授先后担任20余个学术期刊编委（包括Theranostics, Journal of Nuclear Medicine, European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, Scientific Reports, Molecular Pharmaceutics，American Journal of Cancer Research, American Journal of Translational Research, 等）。蔡伟波教授所指导的本科生，博士生和博士后已经累计获得80余项学术奖励，其中包括SNMMI Berson-Yalow奖（2012年），欧洲核医学学会 Eckert & Ziegler 最佳摘要奖（2015年）, 青年千人（2017年），多人获得SNMMI 青年学者奖，及多人获得中美核医学及分子影像学会（CASNMMI）青年学者奖等。
